Mark has had a very successful career working 20 years in the engineering industry; however the instability and constant threat of redundancy was becoming a problem for him and his family. With his wife Sandra working full time and having two children still at school it did not seem like a viable option for Mark to leave his job.
Debbie Gee's Story
Having a home in desperate need of renovation and a large mortgage gave Maidenhead woman, Debbie Gee, the motivation to earn some extra money. Andy and Jane's Story

Jill and Dave's Story
In April 2007, Jill and Dave found themselves facing a dramatic change in their financial circumstance. Dave was having to undergo surgery and as a result was forced to step down from a well paid position and take a job with less pay.
